Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is a practice that cultivates the power of our breath and the beauty of fluid, gentle movement. Expect a few standing poses, however, this class will move at a steady pace, slowly cycling through a series of floor-based and standing postures. It's a practice that can feel balanced, nourishing, accepting, and empowering!

Yin/Restorative Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga. Asana (poses) are held for longer periods of time than in other class types. Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility, and encourage a feeling of release and letting go.

Guided Meditation
Whether you refer to your breath as Chi, Pranayama, or just plain old breath, the breath is a dear friend that you can drop into conversation with anywhere, anytime. To breathe is to absorb ourselves in what surrounds us in the most intimate way. There is no such thing as good or bad meditation. There is only distracted or not distracted, aware or unaware. In this practice, I’ll guide you on how to sit with confidence, reflect without judging yourself, and how to use the lens of meditation to find peace, and better understand your own mind.
