Shanice Richards is a RYT 200hr yoga educator and student, who specializes in creative vinyasa, breath, meditation, and yin/ restorative classes. Shanice embraces the idea that Wellness doesn’t have a “look” and firmly believes that everyone, regardless of age, body type, or experience level, can benefit from the practice. Her approach to yoga is that it isn’t just a physical exercise, it is a holistic practice that helps to regulate ones mind, attitude, and mood.

At the heart of Shanice's mission is her goal to make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of communities of color. She recognizes the need for representation and accessibility in the wellness space and is dedicated to creating opportunities for everyone to elevate their yoga practice. Shanice's classes are designed to cater to a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, providing a safe and inviting space for self-expression and growth.
What sets Shanice apart is her creative and accessible teaching style. Drawing inspiration from her Caribbean background, world travels, and vibrant Atlanta culture, she seeks out unique spaces to host her classes, allowing her students to experience yoga in a fresh and exciting way. From serene parks, to museums, each setting adds a layer of enrichment to the practice, making it more inspiring, engaging and relatable.
